Ekaterina Maksimova, Families with little kids coordinator

My name is Ekaterina Maksimova and I am from Astrakhan, a beautiful multicultural city on the river Volga and the Caspian sea.

I remember growing up there and making friends with many kids from different cultures and backgrounds. It was great and I carried some of these relationships in my adulthood and hope they will last a lifetime. Naturally I want the same for my kids here.

This is why Jookender’s values and goals are close to my heart and I am striving to help our younger generation of Jookender members learn the Jewish culture, customs and tradition and make strong lifelong friendships as well.

I am a Teacher of English and German by my first profession, I worked with children of different ages back in Astrakhan and I also have a Masters degree from Clark University in ProfessionAl Communications which both help me to reach this goal.

I’m thrilled to be a part of Jookender family and help children and young adults experience new things and make new friends along the way.
