Shavuot cooking class
- any square pan/container approximately 6*7 inch
- 3 egg yolks
- ½ cup sugar
- 3 tbsp liquor (Grand Marnier, Cointreau)
- 250 g mascarpone cheese
- 125 ml heavy cream
- 125 g biscuits ladyfingers
- ¾ cup strong coffee
- Cacao powder for decoration
Ingredients for small cake, you are welcome to double it!
- Square baking pan 6*7in
- 6 Lasagne sheets (no need to soak) (can use barilla gluten free sheets)
- 250g cottage cheese
- 1 egg
- 1-2 garlic cloves
- 3 tbsp Tomato paste or 8-10 tbsp tomato marinate
- 200-250g shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- Salt, pepper.
- Foil sheet (to cover during baking)
