Shavuot cooking class

Tiramisu ingredients:

  • any square pan/container approximately 6*7 inch
  • 3 egg yolks
  • ½ cup sugar
  • 3 tbsp liquor (Grand Marnier, Cointreau)
  • 250 g mascarpone cheese
  • 125 ml heavy cream
  • 125 g biscuits ladyfingers
  • ¾ cup strong coffee
  • Cacao powder for decoration

Ingredients for small cake, you are welcome to double it!

Lasagne:

  • Square baking pan 6*7in
  • 6 Lasagne sheets (no need to soak) (can use barilla gluten free sheets)
  • 250g cottage cheese
  • 1 egg
  • 1-2 garlic cloves
  • 3 tbsp Tomato paste or 8-10 tbsp tomato marinate
  • 200-250g shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch
  • Salt, pepper.
  • Foil sheet (to cover during baking)

Ingredients for small lasagne, welcome to double
